What: Hey Shakespeare - Get a Job!
The world premiere of Hey Shakespeare – Get a Job!, written and directed by Neva Hutchinson, walks you through Shakespeare’s interesting life and works through the eyes of his father and mother. Featuring scenes from his most famous plays, the audience will see his works in a new light. This play spotlights various pieces from Shakespeare's plays while relating them to points in his life.
For an interesting perspective on the life of Shakespeare and a good way to introduce this artist to young and old alike, attend this premiere performance of this play by the talented Neva Hutchinson. Come enjoy an evening of Shakespeare as you’ve never seen it before.
This is a co-production between two Redwood City Schools, North Star Academy and John Gill. It is a bi-lingual play, with extraordinary talent from both schools, using 4th - 8th graders.
Hey Shakespeare - Get a Job! will be held on October 16, 17 and 18 at 7pm and October 19th at 2pm at McKinley Auditorium on 400 Duane St. in Redwood City.

Saturday, October 18, at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 19, at 2:00 p.m.
Cost: $8 general seating, $10 premium seating.
(These funds offset the costs of putting on the
production and go 100% to the school.)
